Report Ranking is used to limit the number of rows on the report based on a certain field. For example, to get the top 10 highest amount opportunities.

 

Click on the pencil icon to select a ranking field.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Drag and drop the field. The ranking field could be a formula just like a regular formula field.
